The Derivative Galleries are where a more abstract approach has been taken using pre existing photographic images in two categories : Human, and Landscape.

This form of manipulation is extremely satisfying and often enhances one's original visualisation and so there are many examples of my own landscape work which I have subjected to the process, expanding upon my original image concept.

The technique has also enabled me to tackle long standing concern over human prejudice. Interpreting a response to issues of Abuse, Ageism, Body Image, and the raw deal that the LGBT community has suffered for years has proven an interesting challenge

The technique was interesting enough for Marcel Duchamps to manipulate the Mona Lisa and Andy Warhol to re-imagine pre existing photographs of Elvis and Marilyn Monroe so who are we to argue and resist the temptation ?

A gentle caution might be necessary here for the benefit of those who prefer not to view images which possess, despite the abstraction, a degree of explicitness.
